>> My name is Jesse. I am a yoga teacher. So I think, as a yoga teacher, our job is to help create vulnerability because that's really where like all the greatest things in our life come from. But when -- if you were to look in on a yoga class and you saw people doing all these shapes, I think a lot of what you're doing is creating space in your body to send more oxygen or energy or prana into. So if you're to stretch a certain way, you'll like if you're stretching your arm, even if it's something as basic as pulling your arm across your chest, your creating more space there and that gives more of an opportunity for oxygen to spread your blood cells. You know, I joke around that I'm mostly just like DJ and tell some bad jokes, but I'm talking a good amount of the class. But it's also like so important to very intentionally have moments of silence where whatever you said or whatever they did can really just like sink in. So, for me, typically I'll teach two to five times a day, six days a week. And I think you kind of have to do it. If you're just committing to teaching yoga classes, you kind of have to teach 20 times a week or something like that to make a reasonable living. But there is so many different avenues you can take. I teach a lot of workshops and so those are more like intensive sort of programs. I do retreats every couple months so, you know, a big group of yogis that are students of mine from different studios that I've taught at over the years will come out. And we'll just go play in the mountains and have some fires and, you know, meditate, do some yoga, eat some vegan food and it's nice. If you're going to teach yoga, you should be practicing yoga. So my day is a lot of trying to mindfully live a yogic lifestyle, doing things on purpose.
